Work description and knitting scheme:  
For the left sleeve on the needles No. 5.5, double thread, type 42 points and tie for a strap 8 cm = 20 p. a rubber band, starting in 1st persons. R. with chrome., 1 out., ending with 1 out., chrome. 
In the last r. add 10 points (1 point after the 3rd point and 9 x 1 point after each 4th point) = 52 point.

Assembly: 
Run the seams of the sleeves - side seams. 
On the circle. needles number 5.5 double thread on the lower edges of the front and back dial 140 p. and knit gum circular p. 
After 9 cm = 24 circle. R. from the beginning of the strap, the hinges are free to close according to the drawing. 
On the circle. Knitting needles No. 5.5 double thread on the neckline dial 96 p. and knit with an elastic band in circular p. 
At a height of 6 cm, the loops are free to close according to the drawing. 
Undo the bar half inwards and sew.
