Cap is connected from an acrylic thread (300m / 100g.), In two threads, knitting needles 3, for a child 4-5 months. 
Job description: dial 62p. +2 edge, knit with an elastic band 1x1 6 rows, then evenly add another 10 pet (74p.). Next, knit the following figure: 
1st row: purl loops (white color); 
2nd row: purl loops (white color); 
3rd row: 3 facial, 1 loop is removed without knitting-thread for knitting (pink color); 
4th row: 1 remove the loop without knitting-thread before knitting, 3 purlins (pink color); 
5-th row: 1 facial, 1 loop off-thread for knitting, 2 facial (white color);
6th row: 2 facial, 1 loop off-thread before knitting, 1 facial (white color); 
7th row: 3 facial, 1 loop-remove the string for knitting (white color); 
8th row: 1 loop off-thread before knitting, 3 facial (white color); 
9-th row: 1 facial, 1 loop off-thread for knitting, 2 faces (color pink); 
10th row: 2 purl, 1 loop off-thread before knitting, 1 purl (color pink); 
11th row: 3 facial, 1 loop off the thread for knitting (white color); 
12th row: 1 loop off-thread before knitting, 3 facial (white color); 
12th row: 1 facial, 1 loop, remove-thread for knitting, 2 facial (white color);

Repeat from the 3rd row.
So knit 11-12 cm. Then go to 5 spokes, knit into a circle (reducing the edge) and continue to knit only with a white thread as follows: 7 faces., 2 together facial, repeat to the end of the row. So, in every second row, make a reduction through 6 loops, after 5 ... and so on until there are 6 loops left to be tightened with a thread. 
Then, at the bottom edge of the cap, type loops (at the edges, where the loops are not tied with a rubber band) and continue knitting with an elastic band 1x1 of 5-6 rows. For the tie, type the loops along the edge of the cap and knit the stocking knit to the desired length. For the ruches we take a pink thread (in one thread) and crochet a circle around the back of the pigtail, in the second row we knit 4 stitches with a crochet in each hinge, in the third there are 3 stitches with a crochet. The hat is ready!
