1st row: (LS). 1 sc in the second VP from the hook. 1 sc in each VP to the end of the row. Turn over. 31 columns.
2nd row: 1 VP. 1 sc for salary of each sc of the previous row. Turn over.
Repeat the last row until the collar (in a slightly stretched form) reaches the desired length to girth the neck, while knitting the collar to the product while knitting, while monitoring the elasticity of the seam.
