From black plastic we make a visor. 
The photo process did not, there was little time. But it is very simple: we soften the plastic in our hands, then roll it on the table, like dough. With a bent carton, we cut out the visor, with a needle we make holes on the places of sewing. Bake the item in the oven. Sewing visor to the cap. Cover it with clear varnish. 

We make a cap with a golden satin ribbon and beads.
