Rows 3-14: Repeat row 2. Secure at the end of row 14.
Line 15: draw lp white, ch 1, sc in the same st as beg ch-1, [dc in the next sc, sc in the next sc] across, rotate.
Line 16: Ch 1, dc in the first sc, [sc in the next dc, dc in the next sc] across, turning.
Line 17: Ch 1, sc in the first dc, [dc in the next sc, sc in the next dc] across, turn.

Secure at the end of row 32.
Facial features
Sew the blue buttons between rows 9 and 10 for the eyes, leaving 5 scts between the buttons in the center.
With the length of red, embroider with your mouth in the center under the eyes above rows 5 and 6.
With red pencil, colored cheeks.

Line 1 (WS): with red, ch 26, sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in each horizontal horizontally, turn. (25 sc)
Row 2: Ch 1, sc in each sc across, turn.
Lines 3-32: Rep line 2.
Line 33: Ch 1, sc dec in the next 2 sc, sc in each sc across to the last 2 sc, sc dec in the next 22 sc, turn. (23 sc)
Line 34: Ch 1, works in back lps only for this line, sc in each of the next 21 sts, sc dec in the next 2 sts, move. (22 sc)

Pom pom
Wrap the white yarn 80 times around cardboard. Pass a white strip under the strands and tie it with a bundle, cut off the opposite ends, whisk, cut the ends to shape the Pompon. Sew a pompon to a dot hat.
Epaulet
Row 1: with red, ch 131, dc in 4th ch from the hook, dc in each rem ch through.
Row 2: Fold row 1 in half, insert the hook into the first direct current and the opposite side of the base ch and perform sl st, [insert the hook into the next direct current and the next ch of the base ch and complete sl st across, fasten.
Sew a pen to each side of the wallet.
