Materials: Yarn, acrylic yarn, toy eyes, felt, wool for felynia, Hook, velour, velour yarn
We will need: yarn Velur (100% Acrylic, 100g/600m) two colors, a pair of eyes (though, you can do without them), Hook № 1.6
The finished turtle turns 16cm from the front to the rear legs, in the diameter of the shell 6 cm.
Knit Shell:
1. Dial 2VP, in the second of the hook loop proyazem 5SBN
2.5 increments = 10 loops
3. (1SBN, increment) 5 times = 15 loops
4. (2SBB, increment) 5 times = 20 loops
5. (3SBN, increment) 5 times = 25 loops
6. (4SBB, increment) 5 times = 30 Loops
7. (5SBN, increment) 5 times = 35 loops
8. (6SBB, increment) 5 times = 40 loops
9. (7SBN, increment) 5 times = 45 loops
10. (8SBN, increment) 5 times = 50 loops
11. (9SBN, increment) 5 times = 55 loops
12. (10SBN, increment) 5 times = 60 loops
13. Knit without change = 60 loops
Tummy:
Change the color of the thread (the main thread is not cut!):
14. Behind the back wall (8SBN, Ubava) 5 times = 54 loops
15. (7SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 48 loops
16. (6SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 42 loops
17. (5SBN, Ubava) 5 times = 36 Loops
18. (4SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 30 Loops
19. (3SBB, Ubave) 5 times = 24 loops
20. (2SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 18 loops
21. (1SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 12 loops
22. Reduce to the end
The remaining loop of the main color is in operation. On the front wall of the 14th row knit in a circle (2SBN, VP)-A cut of the shell.
Knit eyes 2 pcs.:
1. Dial 2VP, in the second of the hook loop proyazem 5SBN
2.5 increments = 10 loops
3. (1SBN, increment) 5 times = 15 loops
4. (2SBB, increment) 5 times = 20 loops
5-7 unchanged = 20 loops
8. (2SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 15 loops
9. (1SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 10 loops
10. Reduce to the end
Leave the thread to be nailed. We make pupils-I have a pair of glued eyes, also it can be just a bead or embroidered pupil
Knit head (stuffing as the work is not too tight, because there are ducks):
1. Dial 2VP, in the second of the hook loop proyazem 5SBN
2.5 increments = 10 loops
3. (1SBN, increment) 5 times = 15 loops
4. (2SBB, increment) 5 times = 20 loops
5. (3SBN, increment) 5 times = 25 loops
6. (4SBB, increment) 5 times = 30 Loops
7. Do not change the back wall = 30 loops
8. (5SBN, increment) 5 times = 35 loops
9-13 unchanged = 35 loops
14. (5SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 30 Loops
15. Behind the back wall (4SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 25 loops
16. (3SBB, Ubave) 5 times = 20 loops
17. (2SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 15 loops
18. (1SBB, Ubava) 5 times = 10 loops
19.5 Decreases = 5 loops
The remaining loops to pull. The result should be a barrel with two grooves on the sides (see photo). They are well bind.
Now we do so that our turtle looked where we need to, experiment and choose the right option. We make eyes, well tightening eye hollows, and we do a duckling-Rottik. The head is nailed to the shell.
Knit front legs on the scheme in the photo. Then fold in half and tie as shown in the diagram in red: 5SBN, then in one loop we touch the SBN-VP-SBN.
Rear legs knit on the scheme below. We tie similarly front.
It remains to sew our legs. Spread as shown in the picture and fix.
