Skirt:
The body is filled with a filler to make it easier to tie the skirt. Attach the contrasting yarn to the hem. The first row of skirts knit on 1 raise in each loop. In the second row knit in each loop of 3 PRs, the skirt begins to go wave. I have a small toy, so it is enough two rows, but if you want to make the skirt more lush, you can add another or two rows just from the bars without a throw.

Assembly:
Attach the eyes and head. Sew the head to the torso, ears to the head. Next to the torso Sew paws and tail. Embroider a muzzle, sew a hat, at will knit a scarf on a neck. Hide all the remnants of the thread.
