To start I hold the pieces wrong side together, lining them up evenly.
I then put the hook into the middle stitches in the corners of both pieces and complete a SC. (Make sure that your hook goes under the loops in both hexagons).
I then continue along the edge with a SC into each adjoining stitch. I finish with the last SC in the middle stitches of the next corner.
