We make a head duck.

We decorate the face. Tinted him with wax pencils. Eyes - beads. Embroider a nostril to someone like what. I'm doing uneven - so it turns out a more mock-like expression of the muzzle. Well, a smile is also a stitch.
Assembly: threaded fastener, I use dental floss. I also combed the parts before assembling.
