Knitting Butterfly Jacket

Click For Crochet Abbreviations List

jacket for girls at age 1 year Alize Meadi's yarn in 100 g of 170 m of milk color, and a pair of glomerulus of residual violet and gray flowers, spokes 3.5, will require a 3-light skein of the primary color.

The basis of the jacket knit garter stitch, i.e. all rows of facial loops. For the backrest I type 48 loops in milk color and knit 1 row, change the thread to gray and knit 2 rows of gray, then 2 rows of violet. Next, I continue to knit with milk color on 48 loops of garter stitching to a height of about 18 cm from the beginning of knitting. We begin to bind the armhole, for this we close 4 loops at the beginning of the next two rows. On the remaining 40 loops knit to a height of about 30 cm from the beginning of work. Next, we cut out the neck of the throat with swivel (shortened rows). In my case, I knit 17 loops, turn the product over to the other side, make a cape, tie 13 loops, turn, nakid, 10 loops, turn, nakid, 6 loops, turn, nakid, tie the entire row to the end while tying the nakida along with next loop, close the 13 loops. It's shoulder ready. Farther, tying nakidy along with a neighboring loop, I knit a row to the end with facial loops. Then I tie the second shoulder like the first. I close my shoulder, I sew the capes in the collar together with the next loop. We do not close the gate hinge, but leave it on the spoke, the backrest is ready

For the shelf I dial 31 loops. milk color and knit 1 row, change the thread to gray and knit 2 rows of gray, then 2 rows of purple. Next I continue to knit with milk color on 31 loops of garter stitching to a height of about 7 cm. The next front row I knit this way: 1 persons, 2 together persons, nakid, 7 persons, 2 together persons, nakid, and we sew up to the end with facial, we sew also obverse. We have got eyelets for buttons. I repeat these rows of stitches every 7 cm.

Having knitted from the edge of 8.5 cm, I knit the front row as follows: I loop the 16 loops around the front, I close the 12 loops, and I also sew the remaining 3 loops with the front ones.

So we got a hole for a pocket. Now we need to tie the pocket itself (this will be its inner part, like the lining). For the pocket I dial 14 loops and knit about 6 cm garter stitch.

Here it is our pocket.

Now we need to put it in place of the loops closed in the shelf. Directly put it on the same spoke. Next, we sew 2 loops of the shelf and then together the last loop from the shelf and the first from the pocket, we do this so that no hole is formed at the junction. Then we knit the hinges of the pocket, and again we sew the last loop of the pocket together with the first loop of the shelf, we tie it to the end of the row.

So our pocket is connected, here's what should happen:

front side

the wrong side

Next, we continue to knit the shelf with garter stitching up to a height of 18 cm from the beginning, at this height we close 4 loops for the armhole and continue to knit another 8, 5 cm on 27 loops.

We begin to fasten the throat with swivel rows. In the back row we knit 19 loops, turn, the crochet, the row to the end, 17 loops, turn, crochet, row to the end, 16 loops, turn, crochet, to the end, 15 loops, turn, nakid, to the end, 15 loops,  turn , nakid, to the end, 14  loops, turn, crochet, to the end, 14 loops, turn, crochet, 10 loops, turn, crochet, 10 loops, turn, crochet, 5 loops, turn, crochet, 5 loops, twist, twist row to the end, tyvyazyvaya nakid along with the neighboring loop. We close the 13 stitches of the shoulder, we knit the row to the end, tying the napkin together with the next loop (in the places where 2 cuffs have turned out in a row, I'm tying the first nakid as an independent loop and the second with the last loop). So it turned out that the shoulder is closed, and the hinges of the gate are open and they are left on the spoke.

The shelf is ready. The second shelf we knit symmetrically, just do not make the buttonhole. And at the end of the collar, we need to additionally tie the purl series, so that when tying the hood loops, all the details we ended with the wrong side.

Further, we put all the details of the gate on one spoke: a shelf, a backrest, a shelf. The first facial row of the hood I knit as follows: 7 loops facing, increase, * (facial loop, increment) * so repeat until 7 loops remain on the spoke, we are tying them without facial additions.

Then we continue to knit the hood on a straight line without adding anything, to the height we need. I have 22 cm.

We sew the shoulders and the seam on the hood. Do not forget, in the place where the lapel, the seam should be on the other side.

You can immediately sew on pockets and tie the crocheted shelves and hood.

Then we dial the hinges on the sleeve, I have 46 loops.

The central 16 loops of the sleeves are knitted according to the following scheme, the remaining loops are handkerchief.

Decrements on the sleeve make 1 loop each side of the sleeve in every 12 rows. 20 cm from the beginning of the sleeve in the front row I knit as follows:  12 persons, 2 together persons, 2 persons, 2 together persons, 2 persons, 2 together persons, 2 persons, 2 persons together, 12 persons. Next I knit with garter stitch. After 2 cm in the purl stripe I change the thread to violet and knit 2 rows, I change the thread to the gray thread-2 rows, 1 the milk line, close the sleeve.

The second sleeve is knitted similarly symmetrically to the first. We sew the sleeves and sides of the jacket, sew on the buttons, erase. Our jacket is almost ready. It remains to tie the butterfly and sew to the jacket. Butterfly knit crochet according to this scheme: (drew for the first time in the program  MyCrochet, so exaggerate, how could)

The resulting flower is folded in half and you get a butterfly, you can tie the antennae and the corpuscle to it.

That's what I finally got)
